That big band sound that makes you want to dance is very hard to find. This band has been providing great big band music for several decades. It's wonderful to listen to as well as making you want to tap your feet. Big band music originated early in the 20th century and reached a peak during the war years of the 1940's; swing dancing was also enjoying high popularity at that time.
The Concordia Ballroom is the perfect place to enjoy big band music - the hardwood dance floor is unparalleled in the area.

This is one of the favorite bands of the Continental Dancers! A true family affair; most of the members are somehow related to Larry! They play music for the swing, foxtrot, rumba, cha cha, waltz, and tango, with a polka or country two-step thrown in for good measure.
Larry has toured with some of the big names in the music world, including Guy Lombardo, Wayne King, Jan Garber, Myron Floren, and Stars of the Lawrence Welk Show.
