Grumpy Old Men Band.jpg

Grumpy Old Men is dedicated to preserving the musical heritage of the Big Band Era of the 1930's, '40's, and '50's. We are a 14 piece big band with members from the La Crosse, Wisconsin area. The band consists of mostly retired musicians who still love to play their instruments and the music of the swing era. The band's repertoire includes the music of Glenn Miller, Les Brown, George Gershwin and many others. Grumpy Old Men play at many public events, nursing homes, and assisted living homes, and has been performing for over 30 years.
